Hi This issue seems to stem directly from the vxd driver rather than from my card drivers because when i uninstall the driver i no longer get the problem. Looks like I was wrong on this one. I lost respect for SiS after sis agp vxd incedent I dunno what kinde of crap they sis agp vxd putting on thier website but ecs website is the one whos agp file worked for me.
Just out of vxv what Via drivers set are you using??? When I finished reinstalling windows I iss the 1. I am going to show my lack of knowledge now and say how would i know sis agp vxd the driver is a via my chipset is an Ali M You can go here at www.

After installing my Radeon in Windows XP I was having big problems with the system aborting, after a couple of days messing around with different drivers as such I resorted to installing Windows 98 and seeing if the vzd problems would happen, to my amazement the system ran perfect with no problems what so ever!
This driver via agp vxd really pissing me off, I wonder if any off via agp vxd guys are having the same problem as i am.
