I forgot to tell I did try it the other way around and forced the router to N only, but then my card wouldn’t connect at all. I hope that will be sooner than later. The card works great, but only at 54 mbps and not above. There is also no connection available on the wireless card. WiFi works if I’m next to the WiFi base station. Before I had lubuntu The best I had with it were very intermittent, spotty connections to the Internet, and often not even to my router.
There is also not a wireless tool available where you can monitor the connection. I should also just add that this WiFi adapter has worked great for me previously under Ubuntu I got the latest firmware on my router. But I can connet to internet.

I had bought this network adapter about a year ago from a Linux-friendly retailer specifically because it said it would ar9228x harmoniously with Ubuntu. Can someone please help me?
