Finally I get to write my fantastic review of Eduardo after the holidays! I had problems with my toilet, the tank refilling every hour. In addition, i noticed one of the rubber pieces disintegrating at the base. I did not trust myself after googling how to fix this problem. After looking at the fantastic reviews on YELP for this company, I chose to call Eduardo. Eduardo was very nice and gave me a proposed estimate on the phone, also giving me options if I had wanted to purchase any pieces on my own to save cost. He came the day after and immediately got to work. Eduardo was neat, wearing shoe covers into the house, and also wiping down the tank after unscrewing it off the toilet. I really appreciated this. Eduardo also knew everything he was doing without hesitation. He was super friendly and gave me plenty of tips as he was working away! Later that evening there was an issue, of the tank water leaking into the toilet. After calling Edward, he came right back and replaced one of the pieces I had purchased with one of his preferred brands. I was shocked that a brand new piece could be defective. But Eduardo was quite certain that was the problem! Sure enough, after Eduardo reinstalled that piece, my toilet has been running like a charm! Eduardo is surely the person I will call for future plumbing needs! He really cares about his customers and the work he does for them! And btw, even though he had to come back a second time, he had the best of attitudes, and only wanted to get the job done right! Thanks, Eduardo!! Happy New Years!!!!! A definite A+++++ job!!! The word "plumber" dates from the Roman Empire.[3] The Latin for lead is plumbum. Roman roofs used lead in conduits and drain pipes[4] and some were also covered with lead, lead was also used for piping and for making baths.[5] In medieval times anyone who worked with lead was referred to as a plumber as can be seen from an extract of workmen fixing a roof in Westminster Palace and were referred to as plumbers "To Gilbert de Westminster, plumber, working about the roof of the pantry of the little hall, covering it with lead, and about various defects in the roof of the little hall".[6] Thus a person with expertise in working with lead was first known as a Plumbarius which was later shortened to plumber.
My kitchen sink clogged up late Sunday and I was frantically calling plumbers that were supposedly open for service late on Sunday. Out of the ten plumbers that were called, only two answered their phone and and was glad Edward was one of them. He was courteous and professional. He wasn't able to fit me in Sunday night, I totally understood, but was bale to fit me in the next day. He was able to unclogged my drain and fix the pipes that I messed up trying to do the work myself. Work area was left clean and price was very affordable. Would absolutely use his services again.

My toilet was plugged and I realized it at 4:57 PM. You can live without a sink, you can live without a dishwasher, you cannot live without a toilet. After searching on yelp and checking out reviews, I found Eduardo's plumbing service. I gave him a call and he offered to come by since he was in the area. He was here on time, and because I was able to fix my toilet before he arrived he didn't even charge me. (What?!?!?!) To me, this is exceptional and totally not the norm in business today.

Sewer lines can become clogged in either of two ways: obstructions that build up in the line from usage or obstructions that intrude on the line from outside. Over time, greases, fats, hair, and other items sent down the branch drains can build up on the walls of the sewer line and narrow its capacity. When that capacity is low enough, showers and tubs will not drain and toilets will not flush properly. Another way that a sewer line's capacity can be compromised is when elements outside of the line, namely tree roots, enter the line. Despite the strength of sewer pipe materials, tree roots' growth can be strong enough to penetrate the line.
“Don’t go to the Yellow Pages to find a plumber,” says Berkey’s Bill Stevens. “It’s like guessing lottery numbers. Anyone can make an appealing ad, but that doesn’t mean they are legitimate. In this industry, it’s easy for a plumber who develops a poor reputation to advertise under a different name. They come and go.” Even searching for someone online may end up being a scam using fake reviews. Instead, look for a plumber who is well-established in your community. Check the Better Business Bureau and read customer reviews at sites such as HomeAdvisor, Angie’s List, or Citysearch. Local contractors or plumbing fixture stores can also refer you to a quality plumber, according to Grady Daniel, who owns a plumbing company in Austin, Texas. “Most of these firms won’t work with bad plumbers.” Or simply ask your neighbors for a referral. A trusted plumber that consistently delivers quality service does not remain a secret for very long.
